Cannabis Business License Availability in Connecticut
There are a limited number of licenses available in each license category. 50% of each category’s accessible licenses must be given to social equity apps. You must satisfy income and residency criteria as well as have at least 65% ownership to qualify as a social equity applicant. This is only a beginning cap and not a complete one, according to the Department of Consumer Protection Commissioner. A second application round may occur at a later date.
Connecticut is a smaller state with a limited number of licenses, yet it is still a competitive market owing to the restricted license supply. The application periods are rapidly approaching, and they will only be open for a brief period of time! Contact PsyCann Advisors for all your licensing application preparation needs for all Connecticut cannabis business license types.
